Confessions Of An Avid Reader.

We’ve all had that moment, when we travel alone and we get tired of listening to music and looking around us, searching for something eye-catchy. You’re glued to your seat and you take out those earphones, check messages instead or scroll through your facebook newsfeed. However, you can watch movies too, but to me, If I carry a book, I carry  my own world with me. Everybody has different choices. But to me it all comes down to one thing, books.

 If you ask me I would always fancy a book because it carries me to my own world of imagination, where everything is created by me. The protagonist would be dressed in my own figments of imagination.

The charm of an avid reader is tantalizing. You see him reading a book with all his attentiveness and you get curious about who he is and what he is reading! Who doesn’t like a man with a sense of humour?  We’re attracted to people who inspire us to think or push ourselves in a certain direction.

If you ask somebody what kind of music they listen to, mostly people will say “Everything”. And then when you go into the details you will find they do not like metal, country, reggae or rap. But if you ask about a book, you would find if he is strictly a fitzgerald or austen person?, or he believes in experimenting every new day. Reading allows us to see what's under the surface of someone and realize that this hot guy might be more than what he seems. And then every book offers the promise of something new.
